Excellent service wonderful mechanics. Moved here last year from New York State and they Took care of my little Hyundai accent no problem new brakes new rotors new coolant system. New gas caps. Really outdid themselves and helped me in every way possible especially as a woman who walked into a shop without her husband and was treated fairly and given a wonderful wonderful rate. All around amazing mechanic here in Columbus. Did the only person I take my car to even for an oil change.

I found this shop when doing a quick google review. I’m so GLAD I came here. I got in right before they closed with no appointment and immediately was still greeted with a smiling face and excellent customer service. I had a small tire puncture and they patched and replaced it in less than 20 minutes. Oh also, did I mention they patched it for free 😁 The waiting room was comfortable and had free water for me too on a hot day. I will surely be returning here for business! The employees were super friendly and highly recommend stopping here for car services; thank you GoodGrip!

Had a tire showing low pressure (turned out to be nail) and needed plugged. They accommodated me on a Saturday and a walk-in no less. In and out in under 30 minutes. And when I momentarily couldn't I find my wallet, he comped it. Bonus: nice clean waiting area with some amenities! No fuss no muss, quick, easy friendly service, job done right. Recommend!

After a very stressful morning and dealing with unexpected emergencies that completely threw off my Friday, I stopped here after experiencing rude service at other tire shops. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and respect. They got my tire service done quickly and efficiently and truly made a bad day a lot easier. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this shop definitely deserves the recognition. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, honest, and respectful service. DONT GO TO JOHNS DOWN STREET HE IS NOT READY FOR MONEY
